(December 21, 2020, 3:34 am)UPR is a amazing solution if you want to minimize your monthly “entertainment dollar” at home and also minimize the hassle. We previously had an Android box and it was nothing but problems. When I went to UPR and was given a demo of the Kodi box by Randal, I was sold immediately!! The hook up is easy. Randal sets up as much as he can when you purchase the box. When you get home, it’s a power cord, an HDMI cable into the TV and a wireless keyboard USB dongle and away you go. IPTV gives you any channel you can think of. Debrid media streaming gives you any movie or TV show whenever you are ready for them. UPR provides updates that are downloaded and installed directly to the box in one click. UPR provides these updates FOR FREE!! The tech support Randal gives is amazing, always friendly and helpful. Are we happy with UPR’s media box?? We have purchased three boxes with absolutely no regrets!!

Remote updates, finding new link and live TV providers , customer service callbacks almost instantly. You can tell he takes pride in his work. We are completely satisfied and paying almost nothing to watch anything we want whenever we want.

(September 2, 2020, 3:40 pm)I tried 3 systems prior to finding UPR. Those three systems proved to be unreliable and one was costly to update. I find the UPR system to be the best I have found and being a bit of a Luddite, I have found Randal’s customer service to be outstanding. I highly recommend this android system for performance and customer service.

(August 15, 2020, 6:31 pm)We've had our box for just under a year and absolutely love it. Randall's customer service is unsurpassed. He's quick to respond to any issues. We plan to buy an additional box and cut the cord as soon as my current Bell promotion expires next month. Highly recommend UPR.
