Angelica Grace in particular, has been really helpful with all kinds of advice on products , and local info too.
A polite, intelligent, and articulate retail staffer!
I miss having the retail store open for last-minute items like cables and SD memory cards etc.

(August 21, 2019, 12:30 am)I had a billing issue with my phone and spoke with Kristi. She was very professional and followed through with everything until the issue was resolved which took a few days. I was very pleased with the resolution and even more pleased with the customer service I was given by Kristi. She is well informed, thorough and obviously has a very strong work ethic. She certainly made the whole experience refreshing . Kudos to you, Kristi! Thank you so much.
