Potential buyers would have lingered over these photos, I am sure. Adrienne and her team were wonderful, efficient, thorough. The items they brought were just quirky enough to show some personality, as opposed to something that was obviously staged. We brought friends and family in to view the changes - all were impressed. They made it look absolutely stunning and we received a firm offer over asking within the first 48hrs on the market! This was actually a record result for the building.
I don't believe we would have gotten that result if we had listed it vacant so it was absolutely above and beyond worth the extra initial cost.
