Vanessa was professional, helpful, and responsive when scheduling the appointment. Pierre was excellent both times that he visited for service. He was able to get our tankless hot water unit working the same day, which was amazing. Pierre came back with a replacement part to fix the fireplace, and he was COVID safe, professional, and did a great job with both repairs. I would highly recommend Burlington Heating & Air Conditioning for any service work, they did an awesome job for us. Communication and billing was seamless.

(February 24, 2021, 4:28 am)Upgraded to high efficiency system to rid us of chimney during our kitchen reno. Dave gave my contractor a rough price in seconds for furnace and came to to our home in minutes and I said lets go ahead. He took photos and emailed me a quote on the spot and booked us in for installation within days. The guys who installed system were the same incredible guys who installed our on demand hot water system 12 months earlier. The installers professionalism was second to none. I gladly would recommend this company for the quick responsible work from owner and installers and customer service staff in a heartbeat.

(February 18, 2021, 9:46 pm)Such great service ! I was told I had to replace my entire Heating unit and was worried about not having hot water/heat for days. These guys did an inspection, bought the necessary part I needed and repaired it all in one day. I'm so thankful! Highly recommend!

(January 5, 2021, 3:04 pm)I called Dave at Burlington Heating to get a second opinion on a an estimate I had just received from Aire One, who had told me I needed a new sensor for $900, but recommended I purchase new furnace for $4300. Dave came to take a second look within 60 minutes of calling him. Managed to fix the problem without even having to replace the sensor. Said if it fails again he will replace the sensor for mere fraction of the estimate I received. I 100% recommend this company for their extremely prompt, professional and ethical service.

(September 15, 2020, 9:23 pm)Dave's crew moved installed a new air conditioner, tankless water heater, moved my furnance, ductwork, exhaust ducts and gas lines. They did a great job, kept everything neat and tidy, and were a pleasure to work with. The quotation process was also excellent - Dave came out twice to discuss options and troubleshoot with me, and was very helpful. Would highly recommend to anyone.
