After visiting 3-4 other mattress stores we went there 8.45pm and the store was about to close in 15 mins. It was a matter of 10 min to understand that Rodolfo was the right person to deal with.
Our conversation with Rodolfo went beyond mattresses. A human interaction that is not easy to find today.

Paul took the time to understand our needs, and let us explore the store on our own before "guiding us on a journey to a better night sleep". After reviewing our options we decided to try out another mattress store. The experience was night and day. This is the second time i have purchased a Mattress from the Brick and i will return again and again based on experience, expertise and pricing. Thanks Very much Paul

This salesperson was very knowledgeable and didn't push the upsell which impressed me. It was a better experience than I was expecting. Thanks and good on Ya:).
