  the fellow who helped us get all of our new flooring went way above and beyond helping us get it loaded. He had us look at the cases to ensure nothing was damaged and then even carried them to our car. Great staff you have there.

  EACH OF THE BIG BOX STORES HAS THERE PRO'S AND CON'S. WHAT I FIND ABOUT RONA IS THAT THEY HAVE SOME UNIQUE ITEMS THAT THE OTHERS DON'T HAVE. I HAVE ALSO FOUND THAT SOME OF THESE UNIQUE ITEMS ARE ON SALE FROM TIME TO TIME WHICH ALSO MAKES IT EVEN NICER TO SHOP AT RONA. TO PACK OF SLIDE DIMMERS FOR LIGHTING ON SALE FOR $17.89 WITH ADJUSTABLE TRIM POTS FOR L.E.D. LIGHTING.

  We always buy paint there. The customer service today was exceptional. The paint dude advised on covarage and shine. This is not their normal behaviour. Generally they don't care and don't want your business but today was excellent!!!!
