Love their product! The shampoo they make really saves my scalp in the winter, and the hand creams and soaps are wonderful! No more dry skin when I'm using their bars, they a also don't disintegrate after only a couple uses. When my husband was washing after every work day, one whole bar would last us 3 months - that's 5 days a week that bar was being used by him, not to mention me 2-3 times a week. Great quality, wonderful products!

My experience with skinlicious was great. I ordered for a friend's bridal shower and when Canada Post wouldn't update my tracking, Ashfa quickly looked into it and offered in person delivery at my preferred destination and even offered to cut the soaps as I needed them.

Great soap. Terrible customer service.
And given the conflated and skewed response posted by the business, I rest my case.
