Excellent great friendly staff
Steve is amazing super friendly and knowledgeable!! He's willing to take the time to discuss and show you things to make sure you understand.
I called Saturday morning and lucked out getting in on the same day, and my car was fixed by 345pm. Reasonably price and a very positive experience I will definitely be contacting them again for my future car needs!
Look no more. Steve is a guy who quotes you 4 hours as that's what the book says it will take but charges you for an hour of labour because that is what it takes him. Honest reliable and overall amazing
I have taken our cars to Steve for over 10 years. We moved to Grimsby (from Burlington) 5 years ago and I tried a few local mechanics out that way and none of them gave us the value Proserve did. It's well worth the 30 minute drive down the QEW. Steve is honest, accommodating, knowledgeable and kind. There aren't many like him. When you find a good thing it's hard to replace. I'm never taking my vehicles to anyone else for anything big or small, from changing my tires in fall/spring, oil changes and major repairs. 5 stars, no less.
I am a do it yourself kind of guy, and it can be hard to find a shop that you can trust to work on your car. Every time I have worked with Steve he has been courteous, and very able to help with whatever I need for things I can't/won't do on my car. His pricing is fair for the skill set and speed of work at his shop. Anytime I am asked about a shop that will treat you fairly, and will only fix things correctly I will send you here.
