I made an appointment with Mukhtar Ahmed at Scan Decor. Mukhtar spent a great deal of time with me to learn what my special needs were, and he helped me choose a chair which is designed for my body size and fits in perfectly with my home decor. I live in a high-rise condominium. The delivery personnel were organized and respectful of the condominium rules as well as having the ability to share light conversation. Scan Decor provided excellent service as well as a quality product for dollars well spent.

(August 27, 2021, 4:21 pm)I ordered an Ekornes Stressless office chair during lockdown when I couldn't even visit the showroom. Mukhtar listened attentively to my needs and helped talk me through the pros and cons of different options, including how colors looked off the screen. I decided to place a custom order from the manufacturer, which resulting in me having to wait an extra two months because of pandemic shipping delays. But it was worth the wait! My chair is PERFECT and feels like sitting on clouds. My first Zoom call after a I got it, my colleagues commented how relaxed I looked :-)

Mukhtar was of great help. He is a talented designer with refined taste in matching colors and furniture pieces. He helped us a lot in taking decisions in our house arrangement, from main furniture pieces to accessories to matching carpets. A service that you don't find in any other place. Mukhtar spent hours and hours for many days helping us choosing the right pieces. My wife, an Architect, loved working with him.
Scan Decor is the right place for great top notch furniture, remarkable customer service and after sale service.. All in one place!
We wouldn't think twice whenever we want to buy furniture again in future. -

The whole process went smooth and they delivered as promised without any further delay due to the pandemic. Installers were friendly, knowledgeable and worked until late evening to deliver our product to us. We are extremely happy and highly recommend Scan Decor to everyone..Thanks guys and see you soon in future :)
