From the moment I walked through the door, I was impressed with the service, the friendliness, the knowledge and the honesty I received. Glenn thought of things I wouldn’t have necessarily thought about like how to get the hot tub into the back (I live in a town house) and what size would fit best according to back yard dimensions. He gave me honest advice and was here to set it up when it arrived and took the time to explain how to run it efficiently as well as maintain it. Even once set up was complete, Staff followed up regularly. When I have questions, they are very quickly answered by phone, text or email. When I was searching for a hot tub, I looked at many different places but the reason I chose Ciscon Outdoor Living was because they weren’t just trying to make a sale. They wanted to make sure that I would be completely satisfied before spending money. They did all of the work from start to finish and made maintaining the tub very easy. Highly recommend Ciscon to anyone looking at purchasing a hot tub or outdoor patio furniture. Beautiful showroom. Check them out!
