Somehow, I have been getting billed for your shipments for the last year or so.. UPDATE: this issue has bem resolved, thanks for the help

I visited the location in Burlington to try to obtain some cabinet flap stays to replace defective ones. I dod'nt get the ladies name at the front desk, but she was very friendly and welcoming, she helped idenitify the item and made suggestions as who I could order them through as I am not a larger purchaser. I wasn't expecting to get the product directly before I went in , so this was great support.

The entire team at Hafele Canada is great! I dealt with Qadeer about loox lighting he was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I feel he did everything to ensure that I was getting exactly what I wanted and what worked for me.
