(April 25, 2019, 2:56 am)Some staff have heavy accents and are thus hard to understand, having to ask them to repeat instructions several times, and their attitude doesn't improve. As an immigrant myself, worked hard to be clearly understood. So wish medical staff did here too.

(April 25, 2019, 12:56 am)Was extremely happy with the short waiting periodic 3 of us in the family getting blood test at the same time ???? paid for the online app to get results. While there we picked up a prescription at shoppers drug mart conveniently for Grand Mother.

(March 10, 2019, 2:32 pm)This lab is wonderful! The women working here are so friendly and social. Definitely a nice change from other labs I have been to. The woman who took my blood was the sweetest, asking me how my day has been, what my plans were for the weekend and sharing short stories. It was a breath of fresh air having someone who wanted to talk to you rather than treating you like a number. I went on a Saturday and waited 2 minutes to be seen. It's awesome that they are open later in the evenings and on weekends. Most clinics close during the week at 3/4/5 and this is one of the few that allow working citizens to fulfill their laboratory testing after work. Well done dynacare!

(January 27, 2019, 2:59 am)Great to have a lab open until 8pm! The average working class can now get their medical needs looked after without having to take time off. No waiting around, in and out within 10 mins. Professional staff.
