(February 5, 2019, 2:01 pm)I had a very positive experience at The Tile House in Whitby! I purchased various products from them and have visited their showroom on numerous occasions. Nancy was fantastic - she was excellent in providing advice on tile colours and options and each time I was in she remembered me and made a point to say hello. I was impressed by the whole team, really, with each employee being knowledgeable and friendly! I will definitely be back!

(January 29, 2019, 8:57 pm)This place is great. We were hesitant to bother looking for anything here because of fear of cost, but I'm glad we went. Our first trip was just for Wedi products as big box stores don't carry them. While we were there we browsed their selection which was awesome and for the most part reasonably priced. Purchased a few other things from them and in hindsight, if we were going to undertake another young project, we'd likely go back to The Tile House for all our materials (and their advice).

We'll definitely be going back for our next project. -

(December 12, 2018, 2:05 pm)The staff here is great, this was my first experience dealing with the tile house in Whitby for a customers fireplace and they got the material quicker than any other supplier and recommended the perfect adhevise for the product, and even gave tips for mixing it. When I was short a box of stone they went above and beyond getting it for me. I can’t thank them enough, this is how great business’s operate.
