(November 26, 2018, 2:32 am)My wife and I went to this store on Black Friday evening. Pamela was there to help us. She was very helpful and patience. We ended up buying the sectional and ensure that we get it before Christmas. We strongly recommend Pamela if you go to this store.

(November 18, 2018, 6:39 am)Got a recliner chair, I knew exactly what chair I wanted. I came in and and told the girl the chair I wanted. She was very welcoming and encourage us to see the chair on the floor and play around with it. She left us alone for a bit while we figure out the comfort of the chair and play around with the remote.
When I called her and told her I will get the chair, she immediately came over to do the transaction. The whole experience was great until she asked me if I want the warranty for the chair, and when I said no, she made the comment “oh wow, really? Why? It’s a beautiful chair, that’s crazy you’re not getting the warranty” and made a face like she can’t believe I’m not putting a warranty on it, to make me feel bad. It kinda left a bad taste in mouth. But other than that, everything was fine.
The delivery was very fast, they were ahead of schedule and the delivery guys were so nice!
