Sarah is great. She is helpful in every area of my nutrition needs. I usually talk way too much in an effort to tell her what and how I have been eating and when things are wrong she is not judgmental. She has made many suggestions and steered me in the right direction although I falter and cheat occasionally I'm still learning. Sarah has always been upbeat and friendly and I can't say enough of how far that goes. She is knowledgeable and shares that information. I'm grateful to her for confirming the right things I'm doing and clawing me back on the wrong things. Two thumbs up for this professional....
