(November 25, 2019, 4:22 pm)Can be Very busy! Try to go before lunch or after lunch. Avoid mornings until 11am. It's the only lab in Pickering and Ajax, or it feels that way. If you can use the app to keep your place in line do it. It's available on the Google play and App store. Or make an appointment.

(October 10, 2019, 2:40 pm)Near my house, free parking. Nice and clean area. If you dont have an apt its okay. They have a screen that tells you when your up. The lady who did the blood work for my daughter was awesome. she calmed my daughter down. Really enjoyable experience. In and out without apt only took us less than 15 mins. Will come back again in the future for blood work

Make sure to tell them you have an appointment booked upon giving your health card and name; otherwise you are considered a walk-in and therefore have to wait longer.
