Went for an Xray, was told wait time was 5 minutes. 10 minutes in was called to be told technician was on lunch and will be back in half an hour. Today I called to reschedule an appointment. Was put on hold for 14 minutes and 52 seconds. Called from my cell phone and was answered on 2nd ring. So glad I had a 2nd line to call from. The girl that answered had come back from break. The other one was su busy I was on hold for 15 minutes.
