I needed something notarized at the last minute, found this place through a google search, called a few times and went over. No appointment is necessary and Sandra is friendly. I felt very comfortable there and would recommend anyone to go there. Thanks Sandra! I'll be back if needed!

(August 2, 2017, 8:04 pm)Very nice lady helped us with our papers we needed notarised. Excellent customer service. Love that you can just drop in without a appointment. They also have mobile service for people unable to come to the office. Lots of parking. Easy to get to on Durham regional transit.
