(July 7, 2021, 1:50 pm)The Water Depot staff are friendly polite and very informative about there water products.I would go out of my way to get water for home and our trailer. They are very quick at cleaning and refilling our bottles during the pandemic.Their shop is very clean and well organized.

(April 13, 2021, 1:26 pm)Wonderful customer service from their staff at the store to servicing of our home water equipment. Dan serviced our well UV light, water softener and Iron sulphur unit and the water now is great. My iron sulphur unit was not purchased from Water Depot (my mistake) and I was never happy with the unit from day one. I lost confidence in the company I purchased it from so I gave Water Depot a call. Dan discovered a defective valve and also that the unit was not programmed correctly from the start. What a difference NOW! No smell or iron water stain. I am also very pleased with their water softener salt. It might be a couple of dollars extra compared to the WalMart salt but it will save you hundreds or a new softener in the long run.
Water Depot will be our go to experts from now on. Thanks.
