We bought our living room and dining room blinds in September 2000. We invested in some high end blinds and they are still working 19 years later, we open & close them every day. Once and a while the cord will break and I take it in to Valeo for a tune up at a very minimal cost. I have found that their quality of blinds and customer service is excellent.
