Professional, friendly and very helpful. There was no pressure and all of my questions were answered. Great to see an establishment that care about customer service. Highly recommend Loiselle Sports.

Etienne Blanchard is the owner who runs a tight ship with an excellent service, parts, accessories and apparel departments. Rob Miron in sales is very helpful, knowledgeable and has a no pressure sales approach, Brandon in Financing and Samantha in apparel and accessories are wonderful to deal with , the staff will go above and beyond what needs to be done to make sure you the customer is completely satisfied. I would Highly recommend checking out LOISELLE SPORTS before you purchase elsewhere for all your adventure sports needs. This is my second purchase in 3 years from Loiselle sports and I could not be happier. If there were 6 stars to give they would have all 6.......... (September 29, 2018, 12:48 pm)Came across this company accidentally while shopping for an item. I have to say I am came away very impressed. They were great to deal with. Gave me a good price, had the item in stock, delivered it the next day as promised, even called me to tell me they would be a bit late, and followed up after the delivery to make sure I was happy. Just excellent service as one hopes for, but rarely finds. Thanks so much. You will be the first I approach for power sports in the future. And I will recommend you.
