Although I have a Toyota Venza, the Service Department was happy to service my vehicle... a 4 wheel alignment and an oil change. They provided a free shuttle service and picked me up much earlier than expected. Both drivers were great. Thank you, Melissa for such a pleasant experience. Embrun Ford now has a new customer!

We brought in two vehicles for a variety of small issues we accumulated over the past year, and we were met with quick, friendly, honest and quality service. Special shout out to Melissa for the efficient communication and for happily ensuring our needs were met, while keeping costs in mind. Also a special shout out to the mechanic that took care of my husbands truck for going the extra mile and welding a part in place instead of simply putting it back, to ensure the issue doesn’t reoccur. We’re extra confident with the services rendered and satisfied with everything. We’ll be coming back for all service needed and for our trade ins whenever we are ready. Also, thank you to Dennis for the friendly introduction and making sure we were taken care of!
