I have been unfortunate enough to have had three vehicles in the last five years repaired and painted by the boys and girls at Embrun Collision. But I am very fortunate that these guys and girls are there for our unfortunate moments. They do fantastic work and provide a level of quality service that is hard to find these days! Someone backed into the front bumper of the car we just purchased and we were completely bummed out. CSN Embrun provided a very honest estimate for the work and promised they could restore the car's condition which included internal parts, bumper replacement and painting, as well as the realignment of the headlight and fender which were both moved under the impact. The entire staff was a pleasure to deal with, always straight forward and going out of their way to accommodate my needs, and I am picky! They definitely completed a job I would qualify of nothing short of extraordinary in matching the colour and realigning every part and body panel to the extent I do not believe anyone could ever tell anything ever happened, which was the point for me. Their price for this repair was in my opinion completely fair and honest. I have high standards for attention to detail and service, and I cannot think of any way they could have done any better. Thank you for all your help and while I hope to never need a body shop again for the rest of my life, I feel better knowing I could count on you again if I needed to.
