He told me what to change and what can wait. He was also half the price of the fancy name brand places. We’ve already got a few things that were bringing to him.

The water spillage on the keyboard had caused my computer to crash. After a terrible experience with Apple, I was left devastated with the state of my macbook. Charles at Snappy Tech was so patient with me. He quickly addressed the issue and reassured me the problem would be taken care of in a timely manner. The whole process was very timely, diligent, efficient and professional. I could not be more grateful and happy about the service! Thank you!
