  Called to make an appointment. Herr Schafer said it would be a few days before heading to our part of town. He called ahead to make sure the date/time would work. Arrived early & had both clocks repaired in less than 2 hours. Highly recommended. In fact, I'll be bringing another clock in for repair that my sister spend over $700 trying to get fixed without success. I have full confidence Herr Schafer will have it working.

  My family has been doing business with them since they started in Lincoln Fields. Both my Grandparents have used them. I've inherited a clock and I too use them. I'm real lucky to of moved into the same town now as then.
