I also love that they have a store in town when I need to pick up, touch and otherwise assess a product before making a purchase. Everything I needed was on the shelves and the staff was very helpful.

I went in looking to buy a new shredder to replace my 7 year old model at home that had seen its time. There was one on sale; however Jason had a better one on clearance (an older model and better device) at an even better price! Thank you Staples Kemptville!

I had an extremely simple experience exchanging a laptop, and the employee, Alex, who helped me out, made me feel very comfortable with my purchase. (August 26, 2018, 6:24 pm)Truly professional “Print And Marketing Services” staff. Extremely helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. We have never been to any similar stores that provide such services. There’s a $3 service charge but I’ll pay more for such good service. The staff Alex and Emma are the best.
