  Pedja Stojnic (owner of Unified Fitness) was my personal trainer back in 2009-2010. To say that the experience was nothing short of amazing is a massive understatement; training with Pedja completely changed my life and set me on a course I would not have found on my own.
  
  We started with a thorough set of assessments for mobility, stability and strength, and he was able to create a program that was fully customized to my body, my needs and my fitness goals; which at the time were set around removing chronic back and shoulder pain caused from poor mechanics when training in the gym.
  
  He showed me the importance of mobility training and owning my weak links. He taught me kettlebell training and helped me build up my foundation of basic strength and conditioning. He went through every basic strength training exercise and completely revamped my lifting mechanics for better alignment and posture - ultimately so I could be stronger and not injure myself.
  
  And then we got to training! All I can say was it was awesome! Sessions were intense, but relative to what my body could handle. We always pushed the boundaries, but with the respect. I got in amazing shape and quickly built a lot muscle, improved my posture and got to a place where my body was pain free.
  
  As a coach and a teacher, he became a mentor who I still have ingrained in my head almost 10 years later. I still hear his voice and his coaching cues to this day when I am training myself.
  
  His training sessions were very much an education in how to be a career fitness professional. Since working with Pedja, I have gone on to become a very successful personal trainer, kettlebell authority, movement specialist, and a mentor to other personal trainers.
  
  None of this would have happened without him being my personal trainer.
  
  If you are lucky enough to be able to work with Pedja - do it!
  
  He will change your life and he will see you to success with any goal that you set.
