  I’ve known Patricia for a little over a year now, and believe she is one of the most experienced and committed trainers around. She is very knowledgeable and has a variety of challenges she puts into each session.
  Patricia is focused on helping people achieve their goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights & generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts.
  Most Importantly:
  She ensures that my technique is always correct to avoid any injuries.
  She is extremely reliable and punctual – always set up and ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned.

  Patricia Lee is a wonderful personal trainer! I have been training with Patricia for 1 year now and could not be happier. She really listens to your goals and helps make them happen with her well designed personal training sessions and nutritional guidance. I strongly recommend her.
