  I really appreciate Sugee Ponnu Raju providing reasonable insurance rates and valid suggestions. She is with lots of patience to listen customer's queries and to provide appropriate solution. Also she worked late till 5:30 pm just to get car details from dealer and to complete my insurance file as I was having my car delivery in the late evening from my dealer. Thank you very much Sugee

  I have always been treated kindly. Anytime i have called to change different things on my policies, there have never been any issues. I recently had to cancel to switch to my companys plan to save a lot. If it wasn't for that, I would have stayed with them. I highly recommend them. A+++

  I’m having a hard time believing those negative comments.
  
  I’ve been a client of Ramon’s for a few years now and they are always amazing!
  Ramon and his wife Veena treat me like family whenever I come to their office.
  Their team is amazing, knowledgeable, and very accommodating to my hectic schedule.
  Ramon has ALWAYS made it a point to make sure I understand my insurance coverage and billing documents.
  Everyone in this office takes away the stress of dealing with insurance.

  I was having issues getting insurance due to some previous complications and came into Octavious State farm insurance agency and was able to start the process with no issues. Sugee helped me with a kind and engaging manner and within a few hours was able to get a very reasonable quote. Sugee not only helped me proffesionally but engaged in my personal life and made me feel very comfortable in their office.
  
  I would recommend this office for anyone who is looking for great service and a warm, family feel. Thank you Sugee for your commitment to customer service
