  Peter was very friendly and knowledgeable. Had a great experience reviewing my policies and being able to ask questions. Being able to meet with Peter and Sheldon in person was so much more enjoyable than communicating solely via email or telephone. Would definitely recommend!

  Great overall experience. Very nice to have a local office nearby which offers personal service. Peter patiently answered all my questions politely and accurately. Good rates, good service and good coverage. Recommend highly.

  We recently purchased a new insurance policy and Peter Pritchard assisted us throughout the process. Peter patiently and professionally explained the details of the insurance and tailored it to our needs. One of the best decision that me and my husband made. Highly recommended!

  It was my first time buying a car and insuring one as well. I came in with my Mother who has insurance with Desjardins and figured I'd give them a shot after she spoke highly of them. We spoke with Peter and he was outstanding! He was able to help me start with insurance on different possibilities for cars and rates and was even able to get us set up with Auto Financing as well as insurance at a great rate (better than the dealership)! He was always welcoming and made me feel like a human being rather than a number. Thanks for the great work!

  Sheldon and his colleague, Peter Pritchard, talked to us like people and not just customers or clients, and explained our coverage to us in detail while making it easy to understand. They were also very generous in offering to answer any questions about our policy and coverage at any time. I 100% recommend them if you're in the market for insurance.
