I'll be sad when he retires but happy for him as he's the hardest working man I've ever known. In addition, I've heard nothing but praise from female patrons about Emelia's and her girl's hairdressing skills. If you're searching for a top quality haircut or hairdresser you owe it to yourself to go to Novella Hair Design, in Barrhaven.
