Dr. A. Alrai was a great doctor, really made sure that you understood everything you had to and that you were reassured. Overall it was a great experience although I would recommend going early in the morning for walk ins
We are registered with the new Dr Mona Abderrahman and we are very satisfied with her personal manner and attention to detail. She takes the time to explore all aspects of our health and well being.
I recently became a patient of Dr Alri. He is very patient, listens to your concerns and takes the time to explain things. I think he is a good doctor so far. The reception staff / support staff appear VERY incompetent. when you arrive for your appointment expect to wait 30-45 minutes to see Dr Alri. The wait time to see him even after booking a specific time is ALWAYS SO SO long. The last time I visited I spent 1 hour no explanation even after raising this issue with staff.
Honestly, this place is not that bad...if you have a family doctor working there. I cannot speak to the walk-in element. I think the staff is competent, and relatively friendly. I never really have any issues with getting notes, appts, replies to inquires etc.
I would ignore the negative reviews if you have a family doctor that you like working there.
