  Dr. Shelemay and his staff were welcoming and professional. The entire team went above and beyond to ensure my treatment plan was executed quickly and painlessly. Would highly recommend his services to those patients who are anxious and require a little extra chair side humor.

  Dr. Shelemay and all of the staff at Capital Periodontics are exceptionally friendly, professional, skilled, and they never seem rushed. This is a notably happy workplace -everyone seems to really enjoy what they are doing! I look forward to my visits and always come away feeling personally cared for.
  
  I have had two gum grafts and I have regular appointments for deep cleaning (deep pocket). Staff and then Dr. Shelemay took the time to explain everything in detail. They drew a sketch to explain the deep pocket. Dr. Shelemay explained treatment options with the pros and cons of each.
  
  The gum grafts were pain free and healed quickly. They look fantastic and give me peace of mind!
  
  I have visited the office about six times now and every time my appointment has been on time. Several times I have arrived early and been seen before the scheduled time.
  
  Dr. Shelemay and all the staff at Capital Periodontics get my highest recommendation. I cannot think of anything that they could do better and they stand out in my mind as THE example of a fantastic workplace and an outstanding health care provider.

  Dental appointments are not the most enjoyable things in my life but since starting treatments with Dr Avi Shelemay and his very professional team of office staff and hygienists I am warming to my visits to Capital Periodontics. I must commend dental hygienist Kelly for her warmth and friendly professionalism and for making my visits “pleasantly acceptable”! Wishing Kelly all the best in her new adventure!

  I always looked forward to my dental appointments, not for the treatments itself, but for seeing the staff, especially Kelly. She made me feel like I could ask her anything about anything. Kelly is more a friend then my dental hygienist . I wish her all the best ????

  Had a gum graft done recently and I have nothing but great things to say about this dental office. They absolutely go above and beyond, and are both professional and extremely friendly. 11/10, would recommend. Thank you Amy and Dr. Shelemay!!
