  I am a recent patient of Dr. Tan’s, and having now completed my two-year corrective orthodontic program under her care, I want to share my thoughts and opinions of the experience.
  
  The positives:
  • Dr. Tan is an excellent orthodontist, with a style that inspired confidence in me and assured I was relaxed and at ease throughout the entire procedure.
  • Her staff is professional, extremely pleasant, and totally adept at what they do.
  • In cases where my schedule was tight, the office somehow always managed to accommodate me.
  • There were never any moments when I felt uncomfortable or otherwise unhappy with any part of the patient/doctor/office relationship.
  • As odd as it may sound, it was an extremely enjoyable experience for me, from start to finish.
  
  The negatives:
  • Looking back, there was absolutely nothing that I would want to complain about or change. Nothing at all. Dr. Tan and staff stood out as providing the best service I could ever have wanted.
  
  I would also like to comment on the professional service I received from Dr. Lin, a periodontist, a few years previous. Dr. Lin and Dr. Tan share the same office. Dr. Lin was amazing. Having periodontal work performed wasn’t something I was looking forward to, but Dr. Lin turned it into a walk in the park for me. I am needle-shy, and his gentle manner put me totally at ease. The work was involved, yet I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I can honestly state that, as apprehensive as I was going into the procedure a few years ago, I would do it again without a second thought now, provided Dr. Lin was to be the physician performing the work.
  
  A couple notes to complete the picture:
  • I have a few decades under my belt, and I’m a bit of a stickler for quality service. I received that, and more.
  • I followed the instructions and best-practice advice offered by both Dr. Tan and Dr. Lin, and things went better than I could ever have expected. I am 100% pleased with the results!

  Dr. Tan made my teeth look amazing. She is very professional and great at what she does. I put 100% trust in her work, and would recommend her for your orthodontic needs.
