(June 8, 2019, 4:28 pm)Yesterday afternoon, I saw one cashier and a line of over 10 people. I said to the cashier she needs to have 2 cashes open and replied "I have to give them (cashiers) their lunches. It's the law". What does that have to do with having enough cashiers? Long lineups and not enough cashiers are the weakest link of Dollarama. Whoever the manager is needs to step it up, or find another job. If you don't care about improving customer service, you're in the wrong line of work.
Update: Newer staff have improved the level of customer service. -
