I recently decided to start a new venture and change careers and like anyone making a big change and getting out of their comfort zone, it was scary and I was nervous to take the “leap of faith”! I was welcomed with love, encouragement and support!

Immediately I could see I was surrounded by a team of hard working and successful agents! Not to mention an incredible support staff that helps the brokerage and agents run to their fullest potential! Between the agents and support team I was surrounded by so much knowledge and experience. As well as advice that has made me feel even more excited to be apart of Boardwalk! I can’t remember how many times I was told when meeting someone that if I needed anything or had questions to not be shy “were here to help you”! They are one big Family!

The onboarding process has been amazing and so helpful! I’ve received training on calls and nurturing clients, to shadowing agents on their day to day life of a success. I’ve even been getting weekly coaching sessions from one of the four very successful, fun and motivating owners Marc Papineau. Peter Bastedo, Jason Spartalis and Trevor Clark have all been a huge help as well and have created such a great environment to be in. That has really helped me focus and push myself to work even harder. Everyone truly has been there for me and I’m excited for what the future holds!
