They were warm, attentive, and flexible in their supports. They thought of everything we might need from the moment we arrived at the funeral home until we left the graveside—and allowed us all the time we needed to process our loss. They went above and beyond in their tender care of our loved one, and we will be forever grateful to them for making an unbearable experience bearable.
