  We met with Joe Brush on September 16th and had a quote and date for installation within a week. Original installation date was Sept 29th but Joe called to say they were not happy with the delivered slab and wanted to get a new one shipped. I highly respected their commitment to delivering a great product. Our new install date was Oct 3 and we are thrilled with the results. We had an issue getting our slide in stove to fit between the slabs( off by a mm) and a technician was back within 48 hrs . Very impressed with the whole team. 17 days from start to finish!

  I can't say enough regarding our experience with Urban Stone Surfaces. Everything went so smoothly with the install of our kitchen granite. From the very beginning with Karen guiding us through the process to when Jason and Dan installed the granite, we were so pleased. When the granite was installed, all our cabinet doors were not on yet, so we weren't sure if a corner of the granite was cut enough for a door to open and sure enough when the door was installed it wouldn't open all the way, But, there was absolutely no issue with getting them back in, weeks later, to cut the corner at no additional cost. Helpful hint: Not knowing the price when looking at the granite choices (which are in a different location) made it difficult because we had to wait for the pricing after we left the warehouse. When you are at the warehouse, call Urban Stone for the the pricing of the particular granite you are interested in when you are on site so you know if it's within your budget. The folks at the warehouse can not give you pricing, although they might try to suggest. Something we didn't think of at the time. Other than that our experience was perfect and we are so happy with our new kitchen. Thank you Urban Stone Surfaces!

  The greatest indication of good service is overcoming obstacles. We had our new home fitted with quartz counters in our kitchen and the original product proved inferior. Urban Tile and Stone came out to rectify the problem only to determine that the original product provided was inferior. Without hesitation and at their own initiative, they recommended the replacement of said product. And while we had to wait a few weeks, the new product was of high quality and efficiently installed.
  
  I am very pleased with the service and would recommend Urban Tile and Stone as a reputable supplier.
