(October 31, 2023, 12:24 am)TOTAL SCAM! They raise their prices every two months by 30% and add the most insane fees, like a $5 fee to process your payments! DO NOT RENT FROM MINI MALL! Save yourself some heartache and go for a more expensive unit elsewhere that is at least transparent about their rates. ** also their insurance is a scam, ANY home or renters insurance covers off site storage, a fact that is even stated on other facilities' websites.
