  I found Access Storage both friendly and professional. When I did not understand the systems emails, Cindy went out of her way to send me a ledger so that I could see the billing. They were always prompt and ready to answer my questions. Also, always present. Can't go wrong! Rates were very competitive. Colleen M

  So for the storage, it was good and reasonable for what I needed for a month. And all due to moving to Kanata.
  As for the staff, the care and follow, and ease of doing business, it was excellent in my view. Everything that was talked at the time of acct opening was followed up and I had no negative experiences at all. Cindy, the manager in charge is exceptionally good and her service, follow up and communication is excellent.
  A very nice experience with opening and having a storage unit.
