Someone backed into our SUV and damaged the front bumper ,so we went to Scuffs for an estimate. Leo secured the bumper at no charge and assessed the damage while Nicky prepared the quote. We also got another quote that was 20% higher so we went with Scuffs. We explained our budget constraints but gave the go-ahead, and were really pleased that they were able to come in 25% below their estimate. Both Leo and Nicky provided excellent service and we highly recommend them

Great experience. I did an "over email" quote which ballparked my estimate and then they scheduled an in person quote to ensure there would be no surprises. Everything was very upfront, honest, efficient, and professional.

In regards to the work they do, my repair turned out fantastic. You would never be able to tell there had been any damage. They came in with the lowest quote of all the places I checked and did a fantastic job; my car was sparkling clean and the repair seamless. If I ever have a need for body work again, I would go back to these guys in a heartbeat.

I just brought my Pontiac G5 SE home from this shop. The front man Joshua was beyond great. My car was delayed a few times due to other work, yet Joshua was very professional about it and that to me says a lot about him and his shop. It has been a couple months now since my car was finished. I have had to bring it back in on 3 separate occasions for things that should've been avoided. First time I had to go back was for over spray, scratched bumper caused by an ex employee. Second was for part of the rear bumper not being painted, door moldings, and a dent in the door also caused by an employee, over spray. The last time was this past Tuesday for my grille that wasn't properly done and more over spray they were supposed to get off last time. It may have taken a few trips, but in the end the fixed the issues. I would recommend this shop in the future.
