(July 18, 2019, 9:35 pm)Courteous and professional staff. With the price of wheels/rims these days, it's a no brainer to have your expensive wheels repaired rather than replaced. I got my scratched rim repaired at a fraction of the cost of getting them replaced. These guys are awesome... 5 stars all the way!

They were eager to hear my feedback and listened to all my concerns from the get-go. They took the time to explain the process and seemed to sincerely appreciate their customers.

Brought my tire (cracked rim) in to them today and due to extenuating factors they were able to not only fix the rim but enabled me to get my vehicle back on the road with a very quick turnaround. (March 28, 2019, 5:51 pm)I bent a rim as it’s pot hole season. It was gonna cost me $500 to replace it but the Volkswagen dealer referred me to come here. They were able to schedule me within 24 hours of calling and responded quickly to emails. They asked for photos of the rim before I came in to ensure it was reparable and I didn’t waste my time. Cost me just $203 all in and it only took an hour or two. It seemed like the employee genuinely cared to make conversation, get to know me as a customer. The only con was that they charged $10 just to put the wheel back on the car which I had to ask for. I expected them to put it on for me as I obviously didn’t want to continue driving with the small back up tire.
