(September 27, 2019, 4:12 pm)Excellent customer service here. We went in half an hr before closing and went into the office to get a quick specs sheet for the model home we were looking at. The lady said that because the model was new they did not have a specs sheet yet. Then she proceeded to suggest that she could give us a tour instead. We looked at the time by now the office is closed so we said only if it's ok with her. She was super enthusiastic and said of course this is part of her job. So she gave us an extended tour of the house for half an hour past her closing time and even won't into details about the history of richcraft and details about how the house is built etc. She said she's been working with Rich craft for 10? 20? years and we were impressed by how much passion she had for her work. Good for her! In the end we didn't get a chance to ask for her name but she was the brunette lady with glasses and short hair
