(June 5, 2021, 8:03 pm)We have spent 3 years watching EQ homes grow in Ottawa. They have well designed floor plans and give you a variety of options. EQ stands apart in their delivery of quality homes because they don't just push you off like other volume builders. They know their trade and the several awards they have won among other bigger players stand testimony to the fact. As with any company, the front facing staff make or break deals. In this regard, Lucie Zeng is an asset to the builder. She strives to go above and beyond and answer every question you have, whether you are a prospective buyer or an actual buyer or someone that just happened to pass by the sales center. She chooses to treat every person that walks through the door with respect and professionalism. No wonder, she has won an award for the best Sales Assistant of the year. All in all, EQ is a great builder and they have a wonderful team working for them. Lucie just takes it to a higher level in a customer's overall experience.
