  Time and time again, apove and beyond! I have been a greatfull honored patient of Bkackburn Shoppes Dental Centre , always so sympathetic, welcoming, loving and caring, even during these Covid Times! I recently brought my Mother to have her dentures done with Blackburn Shoppes Dental Centre and yet again full First Class service! Mom hasn't been this satisfied and happy in quite some time! Absolute All Stars and Elites in their skills at Blackburn Shoppes Dental Centre they are, I would recommend them to anyone , anytime , Best of the Best! Pauly

  So glad my neighbour recommended Blackburn Shoppes Dental Centre. In the past, I have found it very hard to find a dentist. you can trust. I just struck gold. Thank you Dr. Plante and staff for making me feel so welcomie and making a dentist visit pleasant. for a change. . Melanie, a recent hygenist graduate, was excellent and very gentle. Even though I am dring a little further than my last dentist in Orleans, it is well worth the drive to this office. Everyone was so pleasant.. Thank you!!!!!!!!

  Thank you, Dr. Shen and the rest of the Blackburn Shoppes Dental Centre for squeezing me in last minute for a dental emergency. Always friendly and accommodating, it gave me peace of mind to come to my own dental office in a pinch. Both of my children love it there, too. :)

  The staff are always welcoming and nice! But when staff turn over which they do here, so often, it is a sign that there are management issues. I have seen like 8 hygienists in 2.5 years, all I ask every time is to see the same one and I never get to. There is some sort of communication break down.

  My wife and I were just in for our routine cleaning. Stephanie as usual was funny, caring and very gentle. Dr Plant as always jovial, caring and just makes you feel like your in the hands of the most honest, caring and ever so gentle dentist you will ever have the fortune of being treated by. Suzanne at the front desk always has a smile, and is always so efficient for bookings and all the paperwork. You are treated as a friend and not as a patient . We live in Gatineau and would not ever think of changing to a closer dental office. We are well looked after and feel very comfortable with Dr. Plant and her team
