(June 5, 2019, 8:09 pm)Both my son and I train here. The skill level of Nich is great and he can teach well to a beginner level to a fighter. He has such great patience and amazing way that he and Sarah work with kids. I feel confident and comfortable leaving my children in their care. Both muay thai and BJJ are great. PD days and camp are excellent bonus too! Oh both French and English I almost forgot.

(April 17, 2019, 11:13 pm)I attend Bigode weekly with a Shotokan karate class. The facilities are new, clean, and we'll organized. Coach Nick provides high energy kids muai Thai classes next to us in the split hall. It's an atmosphere that makes you want to work hard.
