(December 31, 2018, 8:16 am)Martin is an EXTREMELY knowledgeable personal trainer. I've been a regular gym goer for 10 years and thought I had a pretty solid knowledge of lift techniques and was floored after talking to Martin. Within just a couple months Martin had coached me on my lifts to whwre I was able to smash my personal bests on a lot of my lifts, while keeping my safety and health a top priority. The facility itself is very clean and well put together. Classes are a lot of fun as well. If you are looking for that motivation to shed those pounds or reignite a fitness desire, this is the spot.

(May 27, 2018, 4:49 am)Brie and Martin have created a safe space for so many in our community. I honestly can say that Downsize has changed my perspectives on going to a gym. It is a family. Everyone supports and encourages each other, and Brie and Martin give constant support and guidance. Brie’s classes are hard and challenging, but they come with a ton of encouragement and support! There are days when my motivation isn’t great, but I know if I can get myself to the gym, I will have a blast! The challenges are an extra dose of motivation, and they are always coming up with new and different classes! Thanks Brie and Martin for helping me get my life back on track! I owe you two the world ????

(May 26, 2018, 9:34 pm)I sometimes feel like I spend more time at Downsize during the week than I do at home, and that's okay by me. The supportive, community feel that exists within the 4 walls of this gym is amazing and the classes, nutrition and personal training programs are second to none. Brie is fun, encouraging and relatable because she has walked in the footsteps of her clients and knows where they're coming from. I wouldn't choose any other place to spend so much of my time.
