(February 6, 2023, 3:27 pm)There is only seating for 4 people here, and there are no benches or seating in the lobby. I had to wait 1hr for my gestational diabetes test so I had to wait in my car so I could sit down.
For pregnant women doing the gestational diabetes testing, they do not have the flavoured glucose drink here (or at any life labs center). They are all unflavored.
Otherwise, staff were kind and quick and the location was clean. -

(January 12, 2023, 12:31 am)I had an appointment for blood work here for 8:30 am. I got there 8:30 and was out at 9:00 am. The wait time was not bed. Location easy to find, and parking is free.

(November 10, 2022, 2:41 am)Excellent lab overall. Very friendly and accommodating staff. One of the rare times that I haven’t passed out when doing bloodwork. I drove 30 km to get to them because of their excellent reviews, and I wasn’t disappointed. I will take the trip again every time I need a blood work done. A sincere thank you!

I arrived early, two folks showed up a few mins late for their scheduled appointments - staff didn’t even blink and eye, welcomed them in and took care of them right away. And they still kept everyone else on time!
I am awful with needles (pass out 98% of the time) and have never given blood before. Asked if there was a private space and they took me to a room and ensured I was comfortable. The woman who took my blood was incredibly fast at it, kept checking to see how I was doing the whole time, and had a presence about her that kept me very calm. I didn’t pass out and couldn’t believe it. She let me rest for a bit after and despite how busy they were she checked on me every 2 minutes.
Highly recommend this place if you need any tests in the west end. I’ve been terrified to get my blood work done, and left feeling really good which is crazy. 100% credit to staff there and would definitely recommend this location. -

(September 13, 2022, 2:23 pm)My first time at this location, Went in just a little over 10 minutes before my appointment. Entered the suite, and it was clean and bright. There were 3 other people there who were in and in and out in 10 minutes. Washifa (unsure of spelling) checked me in and drew my blood. She was very friendly and listened to me explain how my veins are hard to work, and her response with a big smile was "not a problem, we will work together." She was very gentle and efficient, while not making it feel rushed. Her and her colleague also had friendly interactions with each other. This place is friendly, organized, clean and efficient. I will be returning here for all my future blood work. I highly recommend coming here.
