His multi-pronged approach to wellness allowed me to heal a hip injury that had been around for literally decades - but we also looked at my whole body as a physical system that needs to function well as a unit.
Stretching? Strengthening? Massage? Cupping?
How about a practitioner that does all of the above?
If you’re tired of seeing 3-4 practitioners - why not just see one? Mike. And have your aches and pains resolved! -

I am a stroke survivor - he has taken the extra step to learn the best way to rebuild after a stroke with cognitive exercises and physical training. ??
