I panicked and started calling up all of the service companies in the area to see if I can get any immediate assistance. Ben answered his phone at about 6 PM on that Friday and offered to come out the next morning (Saturday), which was amazing since I wasn't expecting any contractor to call me back until Monday at the earliest. He quickly diagnosed and fixed the issue, while patiently explaining the process to my parents.
The sensor started acting up again a few days. -

(August 11, 2021, 7:18 am)Sunday afternoon a spring on our garage door in Gloucester failed. It was impossible to open the door because it is so heavy. I contacted Lux Bros. Garage Repair Solutions. They said they could send someone out in the afternoon. David, showed up on-time and quickly went to work on fixing the door. David, did a great job fixing the door- courteous, professional and competent. The final price was exactly as quoted and was very reasonable. I can definitely recommend you call Lux Bros. He was very passionate about his job and answered every question that I had about what needed to be done to fix our garage door. He was very knowledgeable. David noted the dent and arranged to have the panel replaced. Because the panel was in stock. He was able to replace the panel the next day. Well-run company. Thank you.
